Deliveries are carried out by our own transport and drivers.
When will we deliver?
Your items will be delivered between Monday – Friday. A member of our staff will contact you before attempting to deliver to inform you as to when we will be making the delivery, please be aware that you will need to make arrangements for someone to be at home for the delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on stock, many items are available for delivery within 2-3 days and even next day, if stock is available faster than stated online a memeber of staff will contact you via telephone.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date you receive your product for a full refund.
If a product is delivered to you in unsatisfactory condition, you have the right to refuse delivery, please do so and then contact us as soon as possible so that we can rearrange delivery of replacement items, if the product is delivered and you unpack the item and find it is damaged in some way, please contact us, we will arrange for the item to be collected and exchanged as soon as possible, all items being returned must be packaged in their original packaging.
